The information on this website is provided for general business reference. Project details, technical requirements, standards, prices and delivery terms must be confirmed through written quotation and contract documents.
Project inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. HF Steel Structure may review drawings, project information and contact details to prepare communication or a quotation proposal.
Technical responsibility
HF Steel fabricates to the drawings, specifications and scope accepted in the written order. Final structural design, local engineering approval, permits, import compliance and site acceptance remain the responsibility of the buyer, project owner, importer, local engineer or appointed contractor unless a signed contract expressly states otherwise.
Delivery terms
HF Steel can quote EXW factory, FOB a named Chinese port, or DAP a named project destination. The named place or port, applicable Incoterms edition, transport scope, insurance, import clearance, duties, taxes, unloading and risk transfer are confirmed in the written quotation and contract. CIF and DDP are not default service terms.
Installation boundary
When included in the agreed scope, HF Steel can provide installation drawings and remote technical guidance. On-site installation labor, lifting operations, temporary works, local safety management and site supervision are not provided by HF Steel.
Documents and samples
Manufacturing, inspection, material, packing and delivery documents can be prepared when listed in the agreed contract document schedule. Downloadable blank formats are examples only; they are not customer records, performance claims or automatic contract deliverables.
Quotations and agreements
Any price, schedule, scope, delivery term, document commitment or service boundary is valid only when confirmed in written commercial documents issued for a specific project. Website content, emails before formal confirmation and sample formats do not replace the signed quotation or contract.
