Customer names, commercial terms, drawings, inspection records and communication history remain confidential unless the customer authorizes publication.

Comparable-Scope Review

Qualified buyers may ask which manufacturing, quality, packing and delivery records would apply to a similar order. Any shared material remains subject to confidentiality and redaction.

Your Project Record

For a confirmed order, progress is organized within one working day and reported at least every seven working days during normal production, including a no-change report when needed.

Exception Visibility

A risk affecting quality, delivery, scope or cost is notified within 24 hours of discovery. The affected scope pauses for buyer confirmation while safe unaffected work may continue.
