HF Steel Structure is the factory itself. Its Internal International Projects Department is part of Hefeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and manages overseas quotations, technical coordination, progress reporting, document control and shipment communication for factory-direct orders.

For international clients, the Internal International Projects Department coordinates quotations, technical document exchange, production updates, export packing, shipment information and remote installation guidance when included in the confirmed order. The factory site covers approximately 50,700 m², including about 35,000 m² of production workshop area, and supports steel structure projects with annual production capacity of approximately 30,000–40,000 tons.

FACTORY + PROJECT CONTROL
An Internal International Projects Department, Not an External Middleman
The same company that manufactures the steel structure manages the overseas project record. Every confirmed order has at least one responsible project lead, with additional technical, production, quality, document and logistics participants assigned according to project size.
Proactive Reporting
Progress updates are organized through the communication channel and cadence agreed before order. The reporting interval and any no-change status follow the agreed project communication plan. A buyer-defined reporting cadence can be agreed before order.
Document Ownership
The team coordinates the applicable drawing, material, inspection, coating, packing, loading, shipment and final-package records defined for the order.
Confidentiality
Customer information is confidential by default. Publication requires customer permission or approved redaction, followed by approval from the responsible department head.
Long-Term Record Continuity
Records remain active for one year and then move to long-term archive. There is no predetermined archive deletion deadline.
