HF Steel Structure is the factory itself. Its Internal International Projects Department is part of Hefeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and manages overseas quotations, technical coordination, progress reporting, document control and shipment communication for factory-direct orders.

HF Steel Structure represents the overseas project service function of Hefeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Buyers can verify the manufacturing base through real factory video, workshop photos, equipment, capacity information and the manufacturing process.

The overseas project service team connects buyer requirements with the factory throughout quotation, production and delivery.

Company Overview
For international clients, the Internal International Projects Department coordinates quotations, technical document exchange, production updates, export packing, shipment information and remote installation guidance when included in the confirmed order. The factory site covers approximately 50,700 m², including about 35,000 m² of production workshop area, and supports 500-ton+ steel structure projects with annual production capacity of approximately 30,000–40,000 tons and experience in 30,000-ton steel projects.

It helps buyers decide whether HF Steel is suitable for industrial steel building project planning in overseas markets, based on manufacturing capability, project scope, documentation support, and inquiry requirements.
Useful RFQ information includes drawings, tonnage, building size, project location, destination port, standards, coating requirements, delivery schedule, and required inspection or packing documents.
Buyers should review project photos, factory capacity information, quality management certificates, inspection records, packing support, and related country or service pages before shortlisting a supplier.
FACTORY + PROJECT CONTROL
The same company that manufactures the steel structure manages the overseas project record. Every confirmed order has at least one responsible project lead, with additional technical, production, quality, document and logistics participants assigned according to project size.
New meaningful progress is organized within one working day. During normal production, a report is sent at least every seven working days, including a no-change status. Any order may agree reporting up to daily.
The team coordinates the applicable drawing, material, inspection, coating, packing, loading, shipment and final-package records defined for the order.
Customer information is confidential by default. Publication requires customer permission or approved redaction, followed by approval from the responsible department head.
Records remain active for one year and then move to long-term archive. There is no predetermined archive deletion deadline.
