Order Confirmation
Confirm order scope, approved documents, communication contacts, production schedule and update milestones.
STEEL STRUCTURE PRODUCTION TRACKING
HF Steel provides milestone-based production updates for overseas steel structure projects, helping EPC contractors, general contractors and industrial project buyers follow factory progress after order confirmation.
DIRECT ANSWER
Before production starts, HF Steel and the buyer confirm the project lead, reporting channel, update frequency, required records and service boundaries. Progress updates are organized and sent through the communication channel and cadence agreed before order. During normal production, the maximum reporting interval is seven working days, including a no-change status. A buyer-defined reporting cadence can be agreed before order.
FACTORY PRODUCTION TRANSPARENCY SYSTEM
The following eight stages form the factory-side visibility framework for overseas steel structure projects.
Confirm order scope, approved documents, communication contacts, production schedule and update milestones.
Prepare steel materials against approved drawings, material requirements and the confirmed fabrication package.
Record agreed cutting, assembly, fit-up, welding and steel member completion milestones.
Complete agreed dimensional, welding and fabrication checks, with records provided according to project requirements.
Record surface preparation and coating progress when painting is included in the confirmed project scope.
Coordinate member marking, packing sequence, packing list and bundle information for export and site receiving.
Record agreed container or shipment loading stages, including loading photos when included in the update plan.
Coordinate shipment updates and requested export documents according to the agreed delivery scope.
BUYER CONTROL POINTS
Confirm drawings, member scope, material requirements, inspection points, coating system, packing method, delivery sequence, requested records and the update schedule before fabrication starts.
Any order can agree updates up to daily before confirmation. Third-party testing, special formats and transport are separately identified before order and are not implied by a sample file.
QUOTATION SCOPE
Quotations are prepared against the project information available for review. The signed quotation or contract controls the confirmed price, fabrication scope, named trade term, document commitments and service boundaries.
Drawings, specifications, fabrication scope, material and coating requirements, packing, destination and requested documents are reviewed for each quotation.
Known third-party inspection, special-format, transport and optional-service costs are itemized before order when they apply.
No unapproved extra cost is added to the confirmed scope. Any new or changed scope requires written approval before work proceeds.
BUYER QUESTIONS
HF Steel assigns at least one project lead and reports the agreed factory records through material preparation, fabrication, inspection, coating, packing, loading and shipment.
Progress updates are organized through the communication channel and cadence agreed before order. A no-change status can be included when required by the agreed reporting plan. A buyer-defined reporting cadence can be agreed before order.
A risk that may affect quality, delivery, scope or cost is reported through the agreed project communication process. The affected scope pauses for buyer confirmation while safe unaffected work may continue.
Standard WhatsApp communication is the default, or the buyer may designate email, a customer portal or another agreed location. Important approvals are retained with the project records.
TRANSPARENT DELIVERY POLICY
HF Steel is the factory. Its Internal International Projects Department coordinates factory records with project-management and document-control discipline. Every order has at least one responsible project lead.
Project-specific quotation assumptions, known applicable charges and later changes follow the commercial-transparency policy above. The signed quotation or contract controls the confirmed scope.
Customer information is confidential by default. Records remain active for one year and then move to long-term archive without a predetermined archive deletion deadline.
Available records are supplied before or at shipment. Later transport or final signed records are supplemented, then the complete agreed set is issued as an organized final package with a delivery record.
HF Steel performs manufacturing, quality control, project documentation, packing and loading management, and shipment coordination. Detailing may be provided only within the scope agreed before order confirmation. Remote installation guidance may be provided only within the scope agreed before order confirmation. Physical transport is performed by third-party logistics providers, with HF Steel coordinating the agreed shipment process.
