DIRECT ANSWER

Factory Progress You Can Verify

Before production starts, HF Steel and the buyer confirm the project lead, reporting channel, update frequency, required records and service boundaries. Progress updates are organized and sent through the communication channel and cadence agreed before order. During normal production, the maximum reporting interval is seven working days, including a no-change status. A buyer-defined reporting cadence can be agreed before order.

BUYER CONTROL POINTS

What Buyers Confirm Before Production

Confirm drawings, member scope, material requirements, inspection points, coating system, packing method, delivery sequence, requested records and the update schedule before fabrication starts.

Records by Confirmed Scope

  • Production photos and status reports at confirmed milestones
  • Material, welding, dimension and coating records when applicable
  • Member marks, packing list and loading evidence

TRANSPARENT DELIVERY POLICY

Records, Exceptions, Confidentiality and Final Handover

01

HF Steel is the factory. Its Internal International Projects Department coordinates factory records with project-management and document-control discipline. Every order has at least one responsible project lead.
