What to confirm before quotation
A PEB or pre-engineered steel building quotation should not be based only on building area. Buyers should confirm span, eave height, roof slope, column grid, wind design assumptions, crane or mezzanine requirements, roof and wall panels, doors, accessories and coating system.

Factory scope and buyer documents
The RFQ should separate main steel, secondary steel, cladding scope, bolts, surface treatment, inspection records, packing lists and loading photo requirements. If the buyer has a local engineer or EPC contractor, their drawing revision and approval process should be shared before fabrication.
For UAE delivery, importer-side documentation requirements such as material records, batch files or conformity coordination data should be listed early.
When HF Steel is a good fit
HF Steel is suitable for buyers who already have drawings, preliminary designs or a clear steel structure requirement and need factory-direct fabrication, member marking, export packing and delivery coordination.
For small retail sheds or very light local-only buildings, a local installer may be more practical.
