The buyer should confirm required templates and acceptance criteria before production.

Material certificate copies, product information, welding records, dimensional checks, coating notes, packing lists, bundle labels and loading photos should be tied to member marks and shipment batches.
For Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah projects, the document package should also support site receiving and staged installation.
